My senior capstone collection, Bygone Days (Remix), is a reimagined nostalgic recollection of the culture and media we lived and enjoyed in the ‘90s and 2000s. From baggy silhouettes, bright colors from traditional Japanese fabrics inspired by anime, to the late-night adult cartoons and music of the 2000s, the collection serves as a love letter to the life we experienced or wish we experienced from the past whilst remixing those nostalgic elements with the trends and sensibilities of today for a fresher look.
